APPOINTMENTS & LATE ARRIVALS
We schedule our services carefully to ensure the highest quality experience for every client. We strongly recommend booking appointments in advance so we can best accommodate your scheduling needs.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer your time slot to clients on our waiting list.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce the amount of service time available; however, the full service fee and originally scheduled time will still apply. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you of the available options. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or returned. A credit in the form of a gift voucher will be given for unspent parts of an original voucher to cover the balance. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
SKIN TEST REGULATION
To ensure that we can safely apply colour to your hair, we need to know if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients used in our colour formula. Therefore, all new clients will require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A complimentary consultation is always required before a colour appointment a skin test will be carried out at this time. The skin test result is valid for 6 months
